In EASTERN ARKANSAS, Monroe and Woodruff. In SOUTHEAST ARKANSAS, Arkansas, Bradley, Cleveland, Desha, Drew, Jefferson, and Lincoln. In SOUTHWEST ARKANSAS, Calhoun. * Through this afternoon * Several additional rounds of showers and thunderstorms are expected through this afternoon. The rain could be heavy at times. Additional rainfall of one to two inches is expected with localized heavier amounts exceeding three inches possible. * With already saturated ground, it will not take much rain to cause promote flash flooding.
